Okay, cat’s out of the bag….
Winter stems. The one on the bottom is mine and destined for one of my Rhygin Metax bikes. It’s a steel stem that has been chromed and then brushed. It looks very similar to the stainless steel and I think it will complement the bike nicely.
Just picked up a set of these lovely Hufnagel skewers. Maybe for my next project? Yes, I think so.

Parts for an upcoming project: Selle Italia Flite, Cook Bros. Racing skewers, World Class titanium bottom bracket, Syncros titanium seat post, Dura Ace 7800 derailleurs & 7900 down tube shifters and a Syncros Revolution crankset. The saddle, skewers, bottom bracket, seat post and crankset are from the early and mid-1990s. It’s going to look pretty darn sweet.
